I first met Evelyn McMichael-Maguire at Mile High Dreamin' a couple of years ago where I cheered them on at the FlowFest competition. Later, I had the incredible privilege of learning from them as one of my RAD Women coaches — and the role they played in my growth as a developer truly can’t be overstated. Evelyn brings a rare combination of technical depth, patience, and the ability to meet learners exactly where they are.
