We will learn about Engagement Strategy in today's virtual world and the concept of an Engagement Pyramid, how to encourage constituents to "move up" to higher levels of engagement, and how Salesforce can support this important work.

The event is appropriate for nonprofit and for-profit Salesforce admins as well as others in your organizations who are interested in becoming more data-driven but aren't sure where to start. In nonprofits, for example, that might include development, communications and outreach directors and staff. In for-profit businesses, it might include sales, marketing and communications leadership and teams.
