About this event

Join us for a Circles of Success session focused on building a Center of Excellence in your Salesforce environment, geared specifically for Non-profit customers. We'll walk through the process of establishing a governance team and framework to better manage your Salesforce environment to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your org.

No matter the size of your organization, building business technology governance is integral for innovation. A Center of Excellence (CoE) is a team or entity that manages risk, provides leadership, evangelizes, and supports innovation for a focus area. During this discussion we will discuss how organizations approach change and leadership in Salesforce. If your org does not currently have a CoE, we can discuss how you can begin to put the building blocks of your CoE in place.

Happy Hour will follow the event.
