No matter the size of your organization, building business technology governance is integral for innovation. A Center of Excellence (CoE) is a team or entity that manages risk, provides leadership, evangelizes, and supports innovation for a focus area. During this discussion we will discuss how organizations approach change and leadership in Salesforce. If your org does not currently have a CoE, we can discuss how you can begin to put the building blocks of your CoE in place.
Happy Hour will follow the event.
