Hello fellow developers!!

The Dreamforce catchup is done! By now you all should be ready to consume new information :)

I hope all of you had a chance to attend Dreamforce, because it was pretty great, so great that I have been struggling to come up with original content for this next meeting.

Thankfully, we have GREAT content. One of the most interesting (and mysterious) features in the platform right now are Custom Metadata Types. Someone posted on our chatter group that they would like to get more information about this, sooooo, guess what? we are gonna be talking about CMT and the feature roadmap!

The meeting will be co-hosted with our sister user group that we all know and love!! The content will be engaging for all audiences, regardless of skill level PLUS you will walk out with new functionality, ready to use, that will simplify your life!

I BETTER SEE YOU ALL THERE!! But if I don't, its ok, I understand. Not all of you love watching me talk as much as I do, which is why you should always feel free to volunteer to present YOUR cool things you've worked on!

The location this time will hopefully be easier for most of you to reach, since Weston is pretty, but far.

• Live development session. We will build something really powerful together, leveraging Custom Metadata Types, Process Builder and some Apex. You will walk away with a new tool!

Girish, our guest speaker, will demo an awesome tool called Flosum ALM and Data Migrator. We briefly touched on this app last time we met, so I figured it would be best for you guys to hear it from the horses mouth. It basically makes deployments and multiple org management a breeze.

• Group discussion. Last time we had a pretty good group discussion while we were waiting for the SECRET announcement, so I figured we should do this again. Bring whatever topic you want to discuss or need help with; we will try to help as a group.
