And so, for this session, we are on a mission to source out best practices in using Salesforce Automation in Non-Profits.

THE JOURNEY

We are going to embark on an interesting learning journey to learn from one another about how we use automation and also tap on the power of community and our shared knowledge to problem solve each other's challenges.

PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY

Before we embark on this journey, we would need you to do a little pre-session "investigation" and consideration of the following questions:

1. What are the data-related pain points that you are facing at work?
   
2. What automation are you currently using in Salesforce to ease operations?
   
3. What ideas do you have for automation?
