A little late notice, but our next meetup has officially been confirmed! We'll be meeting Wednesday to discuss a couple exciting topics: AJ, our very own Developer Group host, attended Forcelandia in Portland last month and is planning on giving a recap of the event! Additionally, we have Abigail and Adil from Apptio presenting about Omni Channel! Omni channel can help get the right work items in front of the right agents at the right time so you can keep your SLA commitments to your customers. They'll talk about how Apptio made their agents more efficient and effective by routing cases through Omni, and how they plan to take Omni to the next level using the Lightning console and CTI integration.
