Topic(1) : How to build, understand and put your AI model into production with Einstein Prediction Builder

Abstract:

Every company needs Artificial Intelligence in production to stay competitive. However, building models and knowing when to change business processes around them is never easy. At Salesforce, the Einstein Prediction Builder makes it easy for customers to build models and make predictions available to their business.

In this session we will help users learn to setup predictions, interpret their models based on the feedback Einstein provides in model scorecards, and help them develop the necessary tools to measure its impact. Topics will include explaining foundational concepts in AI like correlation, feature impact, leakers and A/B testing, with an eye to helping users determine which are the best fields to include in a model. Beyond this, we will teach users how to build dashboards, and define segments that enable them to A/B test models, and track performance of the model over time.
