Lisa DeMille leads the Global Enterprise Solution Engineering team for Salesforce’s Public Sector business unit. Lisa is a leader in CRM and application technology with more than 18 years of Public Sector industry experience.
She joined Salesforce in 2013 where she has been helping Public Sector organizations across Federal, State & Local, Dept. of Defense and Aerospace develop strategic methods to modernize their entire IT portfolio, future-proof their technology roadmap, and transform both their business and customer experience.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Lisa was Director, Solution Consulting at Oracle Corporation. While at Oracle, Lisa lead a team of solution engineers for Oracle’s Regulated Industries division – supporting it’s pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare lines of business in both the U.S. and Canadian markets. In addition, she worked with product development to influence and help define key product roadmap requirements and industry certifications.
Before joining Oracle, Lisa was Director Solution Consulting at RightNow Technologies where she provided Public Sector customers with exceptional constituent and employee experiences across call-centers, websites and social media. She has worked with clients across the public sector including the Federal Civilian Government, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Higher Education, Non-Profit, State & Local Government and Canada.
In addition to her work at Salesforce, Lisa brings her insights and expertise to industry organizations AFCEA International and Women In Technology (WIT) and enjoys volunteering at various local Women’s groups and shelters.
Jennifer Ward is currently Vice President of Solution Engineering in the Public Sector organization at Salesforce. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience with complex solution strategy, design, and value selling in the Public Sector space. Prior to joining Salesforce, Jennifer was with Oracle for 19 years where she led Federal and DoD Sales Engineering. In this role, she led the team responsible for supporting sales of Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, CRM, and Applied Technology - driving revenue and delivering compelling solutions for government.
Jennifer spends her spare time keeping up with her kids - Conor (13) and Bridget (9), helping out at their school and in their community, coaching Girls on the Run, and assisting her husband Bob with cooking and brewing beer (really she mostly helps with the eating and drinking part). Jennifer graduated from Virginia Tech - Go Hokies!
Susan's career spans providing services and solutions to Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare and Retail. From client-server to cloud, she has led clients through technology and organizational transformation. Currently she leads a team of solution engineers that are helping agencies move to an integrated platform to streamline processes and better serve constituents. She is focused on bringing change through technology, the arts and community service. An active member of Salesforce Equality Groups, her goal is to raise awareness and create a more diverse and inclusive dialog. She believes in elevating others, a constant pursuit of learning, and honest self-reflection.
As a Senior Manager, Jacquannette is responsible for managing a team of incredibly talented solution engineers that drive the technical aspect of sales opportunities. She coaches and oversees the delivery of messaging, solution demonstration and value presentation to prospects during the sales process. Internally, she strives to help her fellow colleagues be successful by filling in gaps on technology or workload needs. She always maintains a positive attitude and outcome for our customers. Customer success is her primary goal.
Erika Singletary supports the Salesforce Global Public Sector as a Lead Solution Engineer. Erika has extensive experience in leveraging technology to modernize operational processes, manage budgetary controls and manage projects for Government and Small Business entities. From CPA, Consultant, Sales Consultant to Co-Founder of a Woman-owned Public Relations firm, Erika operates under a few guiding principles; nothing great happens without a great team, obstacles are opportunities, and helping entities excel is the most rewarding accomplishment. Erika is a leader in business and in the community, actively engaged in a number of organizations including International Missions, Farming 4 Hunger and Thrive DC Homeless Initiatives. Erika also lends her time and talents to creative film projects that drive positive social impact.
