Working in tech as a woman can be a lot of things - challenging, frustrating, perplexing, rewarding, fulfilling, and everything else in-between.

To help navigate things more clearly, we've enlisted the help of a Human Resources Director. She'll help offer tips and suggestions, such as knowing what to look for in the hiring process, what's not okay, and what an inclusive workplace looks like. Come with any questions you might have.

We'll also spend some time discussing our own experiences as women in the tech workforce. We'd love to learn from and support one another!
