Women in tech often juggle demanding careers, constant learning, leadership growth, and life responsibilities, and it’s easy to feel stretched thin.

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with what matters most, build clarity around your next steps, and leave feeling energized and supported by community.

Pam brings real-world perspective from her journey through corporate leadership, career transitions, and coaching, combined with practical tools you can apply immediately.
