IWD Event: Celebrating Achievements and Enhancing Visibility

The Salesforce Women in Tech and Non-Profit user groups invite you to an International Women's Day themed event sponsored by Deloitte. A core theme of IWD is celebrating the achievements of women. Despite delivering significant impact, women and people from underrepresented groups are often less visible in the workplace due to traditional norms around self-promotion.

In this session, participants will learn simple, repeatable frameworks to document their work and share outcomes comfortably. Attendees will leave with practical tools to celebrate their achievements, amplify the voices of others, and build systems that recognize contribution rather than just visibility.
