Case-management doesn’t need huge teams or heavy processes to work well. It needs clear goals, simple workflows, and a product mindset. In this session, I’ll walk through how I rebuilt core case processes as a team of one—focusing on clarity, consistency, and ease of use for support teams.
I’ll show how I used product fundamentals like journey mapping, problem framing, and iterative testing, and how AI helped me move faster by drafting flows, checking logic, and helping visualize ideas. The outcome was a cleaner case lifecycle that reduced confusion, removed unnecessary steps, and made the system easier for people to adopt.
