Admins are the new Product Managers: they are mini-CEOs of their orgs, they own user - aka the customer- experience, and are responsible for managing those expectations while also creating a tool that continually fosters company strategy. As such, Admins get requests from all over the place on how users and stakeholders think the org can be better, but we've never really been taught the fundamentals of how to prioritize, manage expectations, and improve overall UX and CX for our users! This presentation is meant to shift Admin's mindsets from potential "order takers" with disgruntled users to strategy implementers and user champions using the Product Manager's Mindset.
