We want to help people understand how we can make the most of the structured knowledge in the CRM - “Why we do things” - to organize Microsoft.

Our job as architects and developers is to identify the touchpoints with the user so that we can ultimately reduce their workload by logically integrating their day-to-day manual processes.

What we expected, what we had to learn, and how, in the end, almost everything turned out quite well.
