While reports and list views can be very helpful for gathering and analyzing data in Salesforce, there are significant limitations that can end up frustrating users and Admins alike.
Join this session to learn more about SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and how it can help you get a much more complete picture of your data, especially when it comes to information stored in related objects! Attendees will leave this session equipped with an understanding of how SOQL queries are structured, leveraging the familiar user interfaces of list views and reports, an overview of several tools that can be used to generate and export data through SOQL queries, and a set of common queries and query patterns that they can immediately put to use in their own orgs.
