Calculating Unintentional Consequences

Apr 21, 2022, 10:00 PM – Apr 22, 2022, 12:00 AM

Melissa Hill Dees sheds some light on the broader consequences of our impacts

About this event

It’s tempting to think that the Salesforce apps we design relate only to our users, and any consequences of our design are limited to the effect we’ve designed for those users. Considering the broader consequences of our impact on these relationships can be done during the design process with a simple tool called a consequence scan, an activity that is increasingly being seen as an important activity in the agile development process.

Driving north on I-65, take the Broadway / Jacob Street exit and turn left onto Jacob at the bottom of the ramp (this is a block before Broadway).

Turn left again onto 1st Street, go past the Southbound onramp, and park in the parking lot across the street from the AMIT building (the new looking building on your right).

Parking just across from building on First Street
