Parking and Dietary Details

Visitors can park in front of WHQ, which is the South side of the building entering onto the campus from W 115th Street. The front lot has several visitor spots but there may not be enough for the whole group, but there is ample parking. Once you enter the lobby, you will need to check in with security at the front desk. Please just inform them that you are there for the SF KC User Group meeting and they will direct you where to go and there will also be signage. Angelia from B&V will also be checking the front as people arrive. The lobby is the only door you will be able to enter through, all other doors are key card entrance only.

For dietary restrictions, the events team is planning on having a meal that should accommodate most dietary preferences. If there is a specific allergy that needs to be addressed, we do need to know about those ahead of time.   Please contact us at mattgraessle@gmail.com and/or WhiteA@bv.com
