4:45 PM	Gustav van Damme - A Salesforce Center of Excellence, what is it and do we need it?	A closer look at what a Salesforce Center of Excellence is and how it can be utilized within organizations. The session will include practical examples and a summary of the opportunities and challenges surrounding implementing one.
5:30 PM	Amira Mahjoub - Do you want to fail fast?	There are benefits in failure, and that's what we want to bring back into how organisations approach implementation projects. In this presentation, we will explain how to fail successfully earlier on in your project in order to make sure your organisation benefits from it and accelerates decision-making processes or increases employees'/end consumers' engagement by co-designing desirable, feasible and viable solutions.
