Clicks and Claude: A Practical Guide to Better Donation Experiences on Experience Cloud

Online donation pages not only need to look great, adapt quickly and convert well, but the payment processing and data behind them also have to be rock-solid. In this session, Peter from FinDock shows how nonprofits can build and adjust Experience Cloud donation pages with FinDock’s new Lightning Web Components, switching between a visual editor and Claude Code as the task requires. Some changes are quickest with a few clicks. Others are easier to describe in plain language and let AI build. The principle throughout: vibecode the layout, and rely on proven, pre-built configuration for payments and data management, including support for (recurring) TWINT, so Swiss donors can give the way they already pay every day. Expect live demos, practical tips, and an honest look at when to reach for clicks, when to reach for Claude, and where AI shouldn’t be in charge.
