Mike is the co-leader of the Baltimore Administrators User Group, a Platform Champion, and Destination Success 2017 Administrator World Champion. He enjoys designing applications and configuring automation to provide the best user experience and elevate data integrity. Mike is happy to talk Salesforce with anyone at any time, but particularly likes to help small nonprofits maximize their use of the platform to help add good to the world.
