We’ll walk through the essentials you need to confidently manage the security of your integrations. We’ll look at how browser extensions, data loading tools, and other connected systems authenticate with Salesforce, and how to make sure those connections are set up safely. Topics include connected apps and external client apps, how to configure integration users, and a practical timeline of things to review and plan for over the next year.

We’ll also unpack some of the recent Salesforce security notifications, including certificate-related emails: who’s affected, what to check, and what you can probably ignore. Expect practical guidance, real-world examples, and plenty of time for questions, no security background needed!
