This session will start with a short introduction to Pllenty, a Canadian FinTech specializing in non-profit space, then deep dive into demo of Pllenty Receipting for Salesforce. Material will be presented by Devan Moodley, Pllenty’s COO and President and Dan Lee, Pllenty’s CTO & Solution Architect. Light refreshments will be served. There will be SWAG!

The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) has strict rules for tax receipts, and digital focused donors now demand customization. For nonprofits using Salesforce, Pllenty’s tax receipting solution offers a CRA compliant and donor-centric approach that uses word-based templates and built-in formulas to manage complex receipting flows.
In this session, Devan will kick things off with a brief overview of Pllenty. Then Dan will demo how to create and upload word-based receipting templates, generate receipt batches, void and reissue receipts and create unique workflows that meet your receipting and acknowledgement needs.
The session will conclude with a non-profit client/user and an SI provide real implementation experience and Q&A.
