About this event

Join us for our next in-person meeting led by group member Chassidy Hall, Director of Enterprise Applications at the American Psychiatric Association. This event will dive into how nonprofits can effectively grow their ability to manage Salesforce internally. It will explore what work nonprofits can confidently own in-house vs. when outside help makes sense. Chassidy will cover practical decision-making frameworks, real-world examples of improving delivery and ticket throughput, and ways to work more effectively with consultants and offshore partners without over-relying on them.

Reserve your spot now. Networking and refreshments will be provided.

This event will take place at the Special Olympics of Virginia offices, 3212 Skipwith Rd STE 100, Richmond, VA 2329. On-site parking is provided.

We are grateful to Chassidy Hall for sharing her expertise and the team at the Special Olympics for opening their space. We look forward to reconnecting with everyone!
