Using Salesforce's native Extended Mail Merge

At this meeting, Amie Guillot will guide us through sometimes overlooked features and capacity within Salesforce. Using Salesforce's native Extended Mail Merge capability, generate bulk or singular acknowledgments for donors directly from the opportunity object. This "hack" for extended mail merge modifies the URL destination of the current extended mail merge to allow for mail merge on the opportunity.
Case Study Introduction:
After Amie's presentation we will briefly introduce 2 challenges facing a nonprofit organization using Salesforce, we will outline the business challenges and then followup next month on the progress and finding and implementing native or free solutions.
