Sarah Pilzer, Director of Operations at Country Dance & Song Society, automation wizard, and Golden Hoodie recipient, will share a digital experience that serves their supporters' needs. There is a lot to learn in this one site! By logging into their Experience Cloud community that they call the “CDSS Commons,” donors, members, and program participants can interact directly with Salesforce data. Using a combination of screen flows, Formstack, record pages and HTML they provide functions like signing up for monthly recurring donations, registering for camp programs, searching our Member and Affiliate directories, and even a small homegrown e-commerce store.
