Winter release ’27 is rolling in – and so is the next round of Marketing Cloud Engagement updates.

Sounds like a good reason to get the Munich MCE community together again!

As always, we would like to invite you to exchange ideas, experiences and the occasional strong opinion about the present and future of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – with our usual focus on Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Expect good food, cold drinks, familiar faces and plenty of MCE deep dives.

This time, we’ll take a closer look at the Winter ’27 Release and separate the interesting changes from the ones you can safely scroll past.

As our main topic take a closer look at the growing role of MCP and AI-assisted operations in MCE. With MCP opening up more and more Marketing Cloud Engagement operations to AI assistants, the question is becoming less “Can AI help us?” and more: “What would we actually let an AI agent do in our Marketing Cloud instance?”

From there, we want to discuss what this means for a more headless approach to Marketing Cloud – how we could complement or replace traditional UI-based workflows.

We’ll also briefly revisit the security changes we discussed at our last meetup and check what has changed, what is becoming relevant now, and what should already be on your admin checklist.

To find the entrance to the office:

Enter the passage with the REWE Entrance (do not take the escalator down to REWE!), until there is a big wooden door on the right hand side (it will probably be open). Then take the elevator to the 4th Floor and follow the chatter further up into 5th floor.
