Every Marketing Cloud org comes with a certain number of contacts. If you exceed your maximum number of contacts you usually get a call from your account executive. Usually, this is the moment that you need to learn about contacts. In this session, we will do a deep dive in SFMC contacts with a community expert panel. They will answer questions on what data is counted as a contact, how you see how many contacts are present in your org, and how to get rid of inactive contacts.
