In this talk, Anna Chan from Salesforce will speak about CDP (formerly known as Customer 360 Audiences):  Data Management, Unified Profiles, Segmentation & Activations, and Insight & Analysts.  We will briefly discuss the Trusted Platform (Profile API, Query API, Flow Integration, etc)
