After a fabulous All Houston User Group meetup to round out 2023, we're excited to kick off 2024 with an equally exciting and energetic gathering! Join us at the BMC Office for our All Houston User Group Kick Off! We are collaborating with the Houston User Group, Dev Group, WIT, and Nonprofit for a great evening of networking and learning.

Mark Miller from Slalom will be demonstrating a generative AI chatbot, built inside of the Einstein bot snippet and leveraging the extensibility of the Salesforce platform.

Instructions for Access

• Enter the 2103 Garage Employee Parking entrance

• Press the call button at the entrance to contact security and open the gate

• Park and proceed to building 4

• Press the security call button on the left side of the building entrance for access

• If the security desk is unmanned, use the first set of elevator banks to go up to the 21st floor.

Navigation

From Beltway. 8 N

• Turn left on Westheimer

• Pass under Beltway 8

• At the second stoplight, take a right on CityWest Blvd.

• Turn right on Private Drive (it is immediately after the Phillips 66 campus) and the parking garage will be the last building on the left

• You will pass the 2103 Garage Employee Parking entrance and turn left into the 2103 Garage Guest Parking entrance

• Check in at the security guard booth and you will be directed to the guest parking

• Enter building 4 and stop at the front security desk for directions to the Customer Experience Center

From I-10

• Take Beltway 8 South

• Exit Deerwood Dr. / Briar Forest Dr.

• Stay on the feeder road past Briar Forest and Del Monte Dr.

• Take the next right onto Private Dr. (you will see CityWest Place and BMC sign at the corner)

• Take an immediate right into the 2103 Garage Guest Parking entrance

• Check in at the security guard booth and you will be directed to the guest parking

• Enter building 4 and stop at the front security desk for directions to the Customer Experience Center
