Daniel Mulvahill from Bounteous, who is a CDP Architect, supported by Salesforce Ohana members, Miku Konsolas and Jordan Seely, will provide an overview of Salesforce Data 360.
We will discuss how to unify cross channel data into a complete Customer 360 profile. Using a healthcare focused scenario, we will share the end to end process—from data ingestion through activation—and how these capabilities strengthen operational efficiency and marketing impact within health care organizations.
We will also discuss Data 360 provisioning and how this works with Marketing Cloud tools (Engagement, Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Growth/Advanced).
