Join me for a special virtual session where we unpack the whirlwind that was Dreamforce ‘25! As a Marketing Champion, my first trip to Dreamforce was nothing short of overwhelming, in the best way possible. From the buzzing energy of the Marketing Champions community to the unique privilege of eating breakfast with Product Leadership, this trip reignited my passion for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
But beyond the excitement, a clear message emerged: The era of "Broadcasting" is over. We are moving away from rigid campaigns and "Do Not Reply" emails toward meaningful, two-way conversations.
In this session, we will dive deep into the major keynote announcements that are driving this shift. We’ll look at how Agentforce is integrating directly into Journey Builder and Flow , and how Salesforce Flow is stepping up as the new "business orchestrator".
Finally, we will demystify Data 360. It’s not just a name change from Data Cloud; it’s a fundamental shift. We’ll discuss why Data 360 isn't a data warehouse, but the critical "Activation Layer" that acts as the fuel for your agents. I am also thrilled to announce, that Yelena Anderson from Salesforce will be joining us, doing a highly engaging, interactive demo of the Data 360. You will become customers of a fictional EV company, Electra, using your smartphones to generate real-time data from anonymous web browsing to known customer profiles and vehicle leasing.
The demo showcases Data Cloud's ability to drive a complete customer 360 view, power GenAI-driven recommendations, and enhance marketing, sales, and service across the entire customer and vehicle lifecycle, all while integrating natively with the Salesforce CRM.
This will not be just a presentation - we will have plenty of time for questions on all topics related to not only this paradigm shift, but more or less any aspect of Marketing Cloud and your career development in this AI era are valid topics! And we might throw in a small quiz as well!
