About this event

Topic 1: Unlocking Salesforce Data to Insights with CRM Analytics

As Salesforce professionals, we already understand the data behind the business — the objects, relationships, fields, and processes. In this session, we’ll explore how CRM Analytics can turn that knowledge into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards with minimal development effort. We’ll walk through the basic architecture of CRM Analytics, how Salesforce data flows into Analytics, and how understanding the Salesforce data model gives us a powerful advantage when building analytics solutions.

Topic 2: Data Cloud RAG for Agentforce

Data Cloud RAG for Agentforce shows how Data 360 turns unstructured content into vectorized chunks that ground Agentforce responses in real company data. The talk covers the architecture calls that make it production-ready: chunking strategy, retriever config, and embedding model choice.
