In most cases, a new customer or prospect first ends up in a CRM like Salesforce (as a record). From there the workflow automation power of Salesforce kicks in. What if you could take that power and bring it to Microsoft?

No kidding: Salesforce is probably the best platform to automate Microsoft 365 to avoid users having to be the "interface" between those two giant systems.

In this sessions we want to explore how to make the most of the structured knowledge in the CRM - "Why we do things" - to organize Microsoft. Our job as architects and developers is to identify the touchpoints with the user so that we can ultimately reduce their workload by logically integrating their day-to-day manual processes.

We came a long way. We will share what we expected, what we had to learn, and how, in the end, almost everything turned out quite well. We'll demonstrate hands-on how we can work together to overcome our fear of integration. Salesforce has equipped us with everything we need. From the community, for the community.
