Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event only, and sadly due to repeat no-shows we might have to start REFUSING ENTRY to folk if they RSVP and repeatedly don't make the events. This is something we really want to enforce, but many folk have not been able to attend the events due to others taking up a ticket and then not showing up. We want to help people understand how we can make the most of the structured knowledge in the CRM - “Why we do things” - to organise Microsoft.

Our job as architects and developers is to identify the touch-points with the user so that we can ultimately reduce their workload by logically integrating their day-to-day manual processes.

What we expected, what we had to learn, and how, in the end, almost everything turned out quite well.

We’ll demonstrate hands-on how we can work together to overcome our fear of integration. Salesforce has equipped us with everything we need.
