► Delivery:

As a developer, he worked extensively on customization using Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap/SLDS on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud, with integrations to 3rd party apps like PayPal, QuickBooks, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Fit and EMR. He also developed Platform Agnostic mobile apps using Salesforce Mobile SDK.

As a technical lead, he went on a 9-month stint to Malaysia, where he worked face to face with a client, designed solutions for them, and grew the account by 100%. He also visited the U.S. for requirements elicitation and subsequently led the offshore team in designing and delivering a complex application with integrations to multiple systems while minimizing the sensitive data stored on cloud.

► Pre-Sales:

He was the youngest member on the pre-sales team, and had a lot of fun giving demos, building proposals and high-level solutions for various prospects. He was actively involved in building various products/accelerators on Salesforce, some, with the use of external tools like Mirth Connect.

► Innovation/Hackathons

Developed a Smart City App using Salesforce Einstein, which put us on National Stage when we presented it at the Aegis Graham Bell Awards at Mumbai.
