FrankenForce has a policy that's very on-brand: the Seam-Split Exchange Guarantee. If your monster-sized garment rips at the stitching within 30 days, we exchange it, no questions asked — very poetic for a company selling clothes to reassembled beings.

The problem: this policy currently lives in a crusty old Flow that nobody but the original architect (long gone, possibly to a better org) understands. This session, we drag that logic out of the crypt and rebuild it as a real, working Agent Action — live, from scratch — so Igor can actually act on it. We'll cover how a plain-language business rule becomes a deterministic Agent Script expression / invocable Agent Action, using Agentforce DX and VS Code.
