Your compliance team will eventually ask "who approved this refund?" — better have an answer. This session we add proper observability and audit tracing to our FrankenForce agents, live. Essential if you're rolling out Agentforce near production.
Our agents can now approve exchanges, talk to each other, and call external systems. Great! Also slightly terrifying if nobody's keeping receipts. This session, we bring in the Agentforce version of a village safety inspector: observability and audit.
We turn on Agent Session Tracing and instrument one action with a proper audit/approval guardrail, live — so when something goes wrong (and eventually, it will), you can actually answer the question "who approved this?!" We'll cover Session Tracing, Audit & Feedback, and guardrails against hallucinated or unwanted actions.
If you're rolling out Agentforce anywhere near production, this is not a skippable session.
