Our monster is leaving the house. This session, FrankenForce's agents make their first call to the outside world — connecting to a mock external warehouse system live. We cover both the fast no-code path and the enterprise-governed integration pattern.
Up until now, our monster has lived entirely inside Salesforce — a bit of a shut-in, honestly. This session, FrankenForce finally reaches outside its walls: we connect Igor and Renfield to The Crypt, a mock external shipping/warehouse system, so they can check real shipment and stock status beyond the org.
We build the fast no-code path live using External Services, OpenAPI, and Named Credentials, and then talk through the enterprise-governed alternative — routing through an integration layer like MuleSoft or OIC — for anyone who needs this to survive an actual production environment.
If "how do agents actually talk to systems outside Salesforce" has been on your mind, this is the one to attend.
