This includes building out integrated/cross-platform journeys, and how to use standard CRM objects for advanced campaign reporting, and channel attribution.
Mark has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2006. During that time he has worked as a customer, as a partner, and also as an employee of Salesforce, with a heavy focus on core CRM, Digital Marketing, and Pre-Sales.
