User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is where projects either build confidence or create chaos. The challenge is that most teams only start thinking about UAT when testing begins. By then, it's often too late.

In this session, we'll explore what a solid UAT strategy looks like before testing starts, including traceability from requirements to test scenarios, documentation, and setting expectations for everybody involved.

But let's be honest. Projects don't always give us the luxury of perfect planning.
