For over 15 years, I have been a listening volunteer for Samaritans, a charity that supports emotionally distressed callers who may be suicidal and I feel that I am able to teach you what it means to be in tune with someone - mentally and emotionally.
In this highly interactive workshop, we'll explore the powerful concepts of active listening that will be instrumental in helping Business Analysts create deeper human connections with their clients and understand their world. This will lead to implementing better solutions and increasing user adoption in the long run.
You'll get an opportunity to practice listening by exploring emotions and thoughts in vulnerable conversations.
