The Configuration Challenge Workshop returns for another round — and this time, AI is on your team.

Each team receives credentials to a Salesforce Developer Edition org with a real-world configuration problem deliberately planted inside. A user has reported symptoms; your job is to act as the architect: investigate, find the root cause, apply the fix, and explain the underlying concept to the group. Challenges this session cover Case Assignment Rules, Apex governor limits and bulkification, and Remote Site Settings/callouts.

The new twist: teams are encouraged to use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Agentforce, Einstein, whatever you prefer — to help diagnose and solve the problem. You'll keep a prompt log along the way, and the group debrief digs into the questions every architect is facing right now: Where did AI accelerate your troubleshooting? Where did it confidently send you the wrong way? And would you trust an AI agent to make this fix unattended in production?
