AI is transforming Salesforce! Join the Orlando Architect Group for a collaborative study group covering key AI concepts, capabilities, and ethical considerations in Salesforce. We’ll review content from Trailhead and prepare for the free Salesforce AI Associate certification. Open to admins, developers, and architects.

Agenda

Each session will be 60-90 minutes and will include a presentation, discussion, and an interactive quiz to reinforce learning. The content is presented by fellow learners.  The focus is on reviewing and studying the Trailhead content together.

Day 3: Complete Ethical Considerations 

1. Ethical Considerations in AI & Quiz 
• Introduction to AI Ethics and why it matters.
• Considerations for responsible AI use in Salesforce.
• Discussion on bias in AI and how it impacts decision-making.
• Reviewing the impact of data privacy, fairness, and transparency in AI models.
• Discussing guidelines for responsible AI implementation.
• Understanding the role of human oversight in AI-driven decisions.
