About this event

🌐 Virtual session — open to attendees everywhere

Salesforce delivery is at a bit of a turning point right now. Orgs are getting more complex, AI is becoming part of the platform, and the usual ways of managing metadata, troubleshooting issues, and handling deployments are starting to feel stretched.

We’re also seeing a new set of tools come up that bring together metadata visibility, automation, and AI to help teams move faster without losing control.

In this session, we’ll have a guest speaker walk us through this shift using Tribal as a real example. It’s a newer product focused on giving teams better visibility into their Salesforce org and a more practical way to build, analyze, and manage changes.

We’ll cover topics like:

  • staying in control of Salesforce metadata as orgs grow

  • understanding the impact of changes before pushing them

  • faster ways to triage and fix user issues

  • building native apps and AI-driven agents directly in Salesforce

  • making testing and deployments smoother

  • keeping documentation up to date without extra overhead

Why this matters now:
With AI speeding things up and expectations continuing to rise, teams are being pushed to deliver more, faster, and with fewer issues. There’s a clear shift toward tools that are more metadata-aware and help reduce risk while improving speed. This session is a good way to get a feel for where things are going and how Tribal fits into that picture.

Who should attend:

  • Salesforce Architects and Technical Leads

  • Developers and Platform Owners

  • Anyone involved in delivery, governance, or scaling Salesforce

What to expect:

  • A practical look at how Salesforce delivery is evolving

  • A walkthrough of Tribal and how it approaches these challenges
