First up we have Kshitij Shivani, from Salesforce, who will be exploring the evolution of Industry Clouds - the journey from the Vlocity through to Agentforce for Comms and Media. We’ll look at how the architecture has shifted from traditional managed packages to an "agentic" enterprise, and what this means for the future of industry-specific innovation.

Our second presenter will be Subbiksa Shanmugha Sundaram, from Bunnings, who will cover tips on transitioning from a Consulting to an Industry role, sharing how to approach the role differently. She will provide practical insights on how solutions land with business, what works and what does not.
