Reading the Problem Like a CTA	The CTA-style scenario is introduced live, exactly as it would appear in the exam. Together, we walk through the requirements while the speaker verbalizes how a CTA candidate parses the problem—separating signal from noise, identifying architectural drivers, spotting gaps, and resisting the urge to design too early.
Architecture Framing Before Design	Before jumping into solutions, the speaker demonstrates how to structure architectural thinking the way the review board expects. This includes identifying top concerns, mapping them to CTA domains, calling out assumptions and risks, and outlining solution options without committing prematurely.
Guided Breakout	Participants break into small groups for a focused, guided exercise. Each group will work through a fixed set of CTA-style prompts to identify key architectural concerns, explicit assumptions, and critical trade-offs—mirroring the thought process expected during the review board.
CTA Lens Debrief	The speaker walks through how they would approach and defend the solution in front of the review board. This includes explaining why certain decisions are made, which trade-offs are consciously accepted, and where candidates often over-engineer or miss critical risks.
