This month we're working through what a Salesforce Center of Excellence actually is, where architectural authority should sit, and how to run a review board that delivery teams don't quietly route around. We'll cover decision rights, architecture decision records, review thresholds, and the six governance questions that didn't exist three years ago — the ones Agentforce and Data Cloud put on your desk.

This is a working session with two hands-on blocks:

• Where is your org actually? A five-dimension maturity self-score, compared in small groups. You're looking for the dimension where your scores differ most.

• Run a mini review board. Roleplay in a group to make a governance decision on the scenario presented.

Who it's for: architects, senior developers, admins running complex orgs, and anyone who has ever been asked "who approved this?" and not known the answer.
