The Ahmedabad Salesforce Architect User Group invites you to a deep-dive session built for architects who want to understand where the platform is actually heading after TDX 2026 — not the keynote highlight reel, but the architecture underneath.
The thread running through this meetup is simple: Salesforce is being unbundled. Capabilities are breaking free from any single interface, AI agents are becoming first-class consumers of platform data and logic, and the underlying data layer is what makes all of it usable. Across three sessions, we move from the foundational architecture, to a practical Spring '26 capability you can ship today, to a live look at activating data across channels.
Headless 360 is Salesforce's approach to liberating data, logic, workflows, and analytics from any single "head" — a UI, a mobile app, an IDE, or an AI agent. The connective tissue is MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard often called the "USB-C for AI," letting any agent or client connect to Salesforce tools and data through one standardized handshake instead of bespoke integrations. As Salesforce's CTO framed it at TDX 2026, headless doesn't mean no UI — it means freeing capabilities from the interface, with Agentforce acting as a native MCP client. We'll cover the upside (flexibility and reuse — any model, any client, existing APIs become callable) alongside the trade-offs: a wider attack surface and how to govern risks like prompt injection and tool poisoning through identity, least-privilege scoping, and a vetted MCP server registry.

We go beyond the marketing pitch into how Document AI actually works — the API contract and confidence-score mechanics — then demonstrate integration via Apex and LWC, backed by live test results on real documents.
