It's been a while, but we're finishing strong with the final meeting of 2021. The Canadian Salary Survey, compliments of Canadian MVP, Aiden Martin, has been used by many of us to push for higher salaries in the roles we're in and guide us to train in the areas that will be the most impactful. Join us as we review the content of the salary survey with Aiden Martin.
We've also invited Michelle Gallagher, a professional recruiter with over a decade of diverse experience to join us a guest presenter. Using her positive attitude and ability to drive results Michelle has hired for start-up, midsized, and large rapidly growing IT companies. Michelle delivers an efficient and supportive hiring process with a focus on transparency and finding the best fit for a candidate and the hiring manager. Michelle will talk to us how "The Great Resignation" is changing the job market and explain how to successfully navigate interview process and negotiations.
