It's been a while, but we're finishing strong with the final meeting of 2021. The Canadian Salary Survey, compliments of Canadian MVP, Aiden Martin, has been used by many of us to push for higher salaries in the roles we're in and guide us to train in the areas that will be the most impactful. Michelle will talk to us how "The Great Resignation" is changing the job market and explain how to successfully navigate interview process and negotiations.
