Bio: I have worn many hats during my career: a technology advisor, a customer-focused business architect, a deployment co-lead.

I have played key roles in shaping the portfolio of projects by understanding the business criticality for new systems and tools, building confidence and alignment with my client's vision and success criteria. I thrive in environments where I can enable people to grow in their understanding of technology and how it can be leveraged to solve business challenges.

My key experience are in CRM deployment and implementation, applying CX best practices, delivering training and enabling capacity building to drive user adoption.
